The stay is based on the proprietary Sulphide Reduction Diet, which combines a balanced diet, physical activity, and therapeutic treatments aimed at normalizing metabolism and improving overall fitness. The therapy plan is determined individually based on medical and dietary consultations conducted at the beginning of the stay.

The program also includes daily physical activities conducted under the supervision of trainers, body composition analysis, and a set of diagnostic tests, which allow progress to be monitored and lifestyle changes to be effectively supported.
